My goal is to offer you practical advice tied together with a common sense approach when buying or servicing
a computer. In the body of this website I will offer some practical tips that will help you make decisions based upon your
needs, not what television ads say you need.
A very important note to everyone is the fact that viruses are more
prevalent than ever. You can get viruses from Facebook, shared music sites like LimeWire, FrostWire and downloading free movies.
I cannot stress how important it is that you purchase an EXTERNAL HARD-DRIVE to protect your most important documents and
photos. If you have a question then call me and I can guide you to a safer and more secure experience on the internet. It
is also very important that you regularly tune your computer in order to maximize its performance. I tune computers every
day and believe me a lot of times they are almost inoperable due to the lack of professional maintenance. I charge $75.00
for a tune-up and what this includes is a set of utilities for you to use in order to keep the computer in good running condition
once it is back in your own hands.
If you need a repair or service then feel free to call or email me and I can let you know exactly what you will be facing
both in time and cost. I charge a $25.00 diagnostic fee which covers looking inside your computer physically as well as checking
all aspects of your software. Any charges I do have are all flat, that means no hourly rate.
