I'm Old Town Joe as heard on both 790AM WNIS & 850AM WTAR radio and I've
been servicing, repairing and selling computers for 20 years. I
service all desktop and laptops computers as well as selling my own trademarked Virus-Proof computer simply known as "Joe".
My goal is to offer
you practical advice tied together with a common sense approach when buying or servicing a computer. In the body of this website
I will offer some practical tips that will help you make decisions based upon your needs, not what television ads say you
need.
If you need a repair or service then feel free to call or email me and I can let you know exactly what you will be
facing both in time and cost. I charge a $25.00 diagnostic fee which covers looking inside your computer physically as well
as checking all aspects of your software. Any charges I do have are all flat, that means no hourly rate. Once you've spoken
with me you will know exactly what your expenses will be and not a penny more. Read through my site
and look over the tips and methods I use and if I can help you then make a call or send an email...it won't cost you a
dime to talk to me.
I take great pride in my work and my goal is to keep you as a customer for life. I offer same day service
on most desktops and laptops and I'm always available for tech support because once the computer arrives in your home
you are still going to need someone to talk to and that someone is me. I look forward to doing business with you, your family and friends.
